Kindergym (0-5 years)
Kindergym is a movement program for children 5 years and under and their caregiver designed to develop the whole child, socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically, in a safe, structured, multisensory environment.
Kindergym Program Offers:
- Movement based activities -balancing, sliding, rolling, twisting, climbing and jumping - which assists your child in the development of coordination, confidence, creativity and self-esteem.
- A safe environment providing a wide range of stimulating and challenging equipment including a fully pitted swinging and climbing area.
- A great opportunity for parents & carers to spend with their child playing and learning together through music, games, songs and dances suited to your child's developmental needs.
SAFETY
Your Kindergym Coach will take every step possible to ensure your child's safety but the caregiver is the most important factor in preventing accidents or falls. Parents/caregivers are responsible for the supervision and safety of their own child.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING FOR BOTH CARER AND GYMNAST
- Wear cool comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement.
- Bare feet are the only feet for Kindergym - it allows your child to experience a variety of different surfaces and textures, whilst ensuring safety at all times.
- Hair should be pulled back off your child's face.
- No Jewellery (watches, long earrings, rings, sunglasses etc.)
- Bring a drink of water - especially during summer.
